At Softly Grounded Photography, each print and piece of wall art is professionally produced to order through a specialist photographic laboratory. Because every item is created specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there is a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assist in resolving the issue.

To help us assess the problem, you may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged or faulty item and its packaging. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

We take great care to ensure all prints are produced using high-quality materials and professional archival printing processes designed to provide exceptional colour, clarity, and longevity.
